As an independent commissioning agent Optimus are engaged as the developer's 3rd party commissioning specialist.
We oversee the commissiong for the full lifecycle of the project as the owners/developers representative.

• Conduct a detailed commissionability design review
• Develop a project specific commissioning plan
• Develop a comprehensive loadbank plan
• Produce level 4/5 test scripts and IST plan
• Review vendor and contractor commissioning plans and checklists

• Review factory acceptance test documentation
• Attend factory witness testing
• Conduct onsite verification of equipment in final position

• Conduct onsite witnessing of level 2 activities
• Conduct ready for energisation inspections
• Review level 2 documentation and results
• Attend commissioning meetings and coordinate with project team
• Provide expert commissioning guidance
• Provide weekly commissioning reports

• Conduct onsite witnessing of level 3 activities
• Review level 3 documentation and results
• Attend commissioning meetings and coordinate with project team

Level 4
• Manage the commissioning process – directing all testing and coordinating directly with vendors
• Execute level 4 test scripts, recording: results, supporting data and providing comprehensive commissioning records
• Organise and lead commissioning meetings
• Track issue closure
• Conduct go/ no go meetings and coordinate with client team on progression to IST
• Update commissioning schedule and program
• Provide daily commissioning reports

• Manage the commissioning process – directing all testing and coordinating directly with vendors
• Execute level 5 test scripts, recording: results, supporting data and providing comprehensive commissioning records
• Organise and lead commissioning meetings
• Track issue closure
• Update and commissioning schedule and program
• Provide daily commissioning reports

• Conduct turnover inspections recording as left settings across MEP equipment
• Coordinate with the operations team to conduct turnover walks and inspections
• Review training documentation and attend workshops where required
• Issue final commissioning reports
