CxM - COMMISSIONING MANAGEMENT
As an appointed commissioning manager – Optimus provides end to end commissioning management for general contractor teams.
We are engaged to lead the commissioning during level 0 - 3.
During the acceptance phase, we then provide support to the CxA / ICA teams to ensure successful completion of the project.
Our typical scope is as follows:
